2.0 litre BDA
engine, 240bhp with twin Weber type 45 DOCE carbs. Built by John Dixon
using original type 49 body shell. David
Wild electrics to 'works' specification, Aeroquip hosing for fuel and
brake lines, Gartrac 12 gallon alloy fuel tank with twin boot mounted fuel
pumps, Cibe Oscar lighting system, Bilsteins front and rear, 13" minilite
wheels with tarmac tyres including spare. New Gartrac fully
floating wide Atlas rear axle, ZF 5 speed gearbox. The car is fitted with
Sparco Pro 2000 seats and Willans 6-point 3" harnesses, has a twin period
style dashboard with Brampz trip and rally timer, Stack/VDO instruments,
including rev-limiter. Lifeline extinguisher system. Lexan side windows,
heated front screen, and a split pedal box.

Toyota Celica ST165 GT4
Fully stage prepared,
four-wheel drive turbo, and ready to rally. Log book, KYB suspension, Poly
bushes, extinguishers, seats, harnesses, etc. Would make perfect
introduction to 4WD rallying; would particularly excel in the forest.
In addition the
following spare parts come with the car: Celica GT4 engine ready for
motorsport preparation, Celica GT4 gearbox, Brand New and Boxed Haltech
ECU, New Stainless Exhaust Manifold, Spare Diff, Spare Turbo’s, Drive
shafts, Torque tube, Suspension, Doors, Boot lid, Radiators, and various
ancillaries like new Pagid Blue Brake pads. Basically enough spare parts
to start rallying with very little extra cost!
Wheels and Tyres -
Numerous sets of 16”,15” and 14" wheels and tyres including some brand new
Speedline 16” rims yet to be put on the car and a mix of Tarmac and Forest
tyres. The car and spares are ready to go to a new home as I have now
moved overseas, but the car is currently stored in the UK and can be
inspected. |

Gp 4 Mk1 EscortBuilt by Yukspeed in 1999 to
high Gp 4 spec, with 2 litre pinto, Cosworth rods, brand new Quaife 4-speed dog box & lever, RS2 alloy bell
housing modified to hydraulic paddle clutch, Ashley twin box exhaust
system and 2.5” manifold. Steel arches, oval turrets, 6-point cage,
perspex windows, belts need updating, fire extinguishers may need
updating. No rust but slight dent front corner. Gp 4 rad, Bilstein
suspension, Wilwood discs/calipers,
Minilite alloys, alloy dry sump tank,
fully floating 4.6 Atlas axle.
Last rallied 3.5 years ago and is to be sold in tarmac
setup. Used on single-venue at Longcross; since then dry stored.
Needs some money spent on it, new belts and some spares but, in the right
hands, is a potential class-winning car. |
