for retro or historic rallying. 1600 x-flow engine with twin Weber 40s. Full
race head, modified pistons, Piper 285 cam. Tuffrided crank, HPHC oil pump, 24v
starter. NEW 4 paddle ceramic clutch, 5 speed XR3i gear box, ATB LSD (RS
Turbo). Full Janspeed twin box rally exhaust. High ratio steering rack. Bilstein
shocks all round with PTFE bushes on front. Vented front discs. Mintex 1155 pads
and Aeroquip brake lines. Six point roll cage c/w diagonal and door bars. Race
seats and four-point harnesses. Co-driver’s foot rest. Plumbed in fire
extinguisher, safety cut-offs. Reshelled Summer 2003. Some spares and 10 wheels
and tyres. MSA log booked. MOT’d until June 2005. This is a hard working,
no-nonsense rally car ready for competition.
